We have over 20 years of experience resolving property line disputes and dividing parcels in Arizona.  We are experts at doing property line surveys.  We can also provide the boundary survey you need to build a wall, a guest house or an addition.

We can simply set your property corners or provide a plat for your property line survey.

A plat is a 24" x 36" CAD illustration of your property, drawn to scale that has been signed and certified by a registered surveyor.  

Your neighborhood, whether you live in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek or any other, usually requires a plat if you are going to split your lot or make changes to the existing structures on your lot.

Most city planners will need a Registered Land Surveyor to prepare and provide most of the necessary information.  Most importantly, they will need a Plat illustrating how the property is going to be divided or how the lot line is to be adjusted.  It is important that any property line survey is done by a professional land surveyor.
