We can create a base plat with the basic information that other professionals will use to design their projects.  This base plat is provided in CAD Format so that it can be emailed and manipulated electronically by professionals.

A base plat shows:

• The Boundary
• Set Corners
• The horizontal location of existing structures such as buildings, driveway, curb & gutter, sidewalk, trees & cactus
• The topography of the property in one-foot contour intervals or spot elevations if the parcel is flat
